ETL is a fully virtual therapy (tele-mental health) practice that utilizes a HIPPA compliant video platform that requires you to have a cell phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and high-speed internet.  One of the benefits of virtual therapy is that the client and therapist can engage in services without being in the same physical location. It also allows the therapist to connect with people who may otherwise not be able to access services. There is an opportunity for more flexibility in scheduling, and convenience in being able to connect from a space of your choosing. 

Book your free 15 minute consultation through the book now link. The initial consultation gives the potential client opportunity to speak with the therapist to see if it is a good fit for you. This allows for questions regarding the therapeutic process  and additional details to start services. 

Exalt The Light (ETL) is a primarily a private pay practice. There is also the option to utilize your Out of Network (OON) benefits, where I will provide a superbill that can be used for reimbursement with your insurance company. Please refer to the "investment" section for additional information regarding rates for services.

You have taken the first courageous step.  Once you decide to seek services, you will set up your initial free 15 minute consultation. Your first scheduled appointment will be your initial assessment, which gives the therapist opportunity to learn more about you, what brought you to therapy, and start the foundation of the therapeutic journey.  From there, the journey begins and we will work together to and through your healing journey. 

ETL understands that things do come up unexpectedly and emergencies do happen. If you need to cancel due to any changes,  to avoid a $35 late cancellation fee, please cancel at minimum 24 hours in advance and plan to reschedule for an available day and time that works best.
