Founder & Clinical Director
Supporting high-functioning adults in navigating relationships, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions with clarity, intention, and growth.
Imani specializes in working with high-functioning adults, particularly Black women and men, whether navigating careers, business ownership, or roles that require them to consistently show up for others, who are navigating relational challenges, emotional overwhelm, and the impact of developmental and relational trauma. She also supports young adults as they transition into adulthood, helping them navigate identity, relationships, and life direction with greater clarity and confidence.
Imani’s work is insight-oriented and relational, creating space for clients to explore patterns, process past experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. She supports clients in strengthening boundaries, reconnecting with their authentic voice, and moving beyond survival patterns into more intentional, aligned living.
She integrates a holistic perspective that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit, recognizing that meaningful healing requires more than surface-level change. Through this work, clients are supported in gaining clarity, building emotional resilience, and creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
She also works with couples who are seeking to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create a more connected and intentional relationship.

Counselor (Under Supervision)
Shaneka T. Hutchinson holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology and brings a compassionate, grounded presence to her work as both a clinician and a practicing nurse. Through her experience in healthcare, she has seen firsthand the impact that support systems, or the lack of them, can have on an individual’s emotional and mental well-being.
She is especially passionate about supporting nurses, caregivers, and helping professionals who are navigating stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue while continuing to show up for others. Shaneka understands how easy it is to become disconnected from yourself in these roles and creates a space where clients can slow down and refocus on their own needs.
She also works with adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm, providing a supportive space to process experiences and build practical coping strategies.
Her approach is supportive, practical, and client-centered, helping individuals build coping skills, manage emotional overwhelm, and develop a stronger connection to their internal experiences. She places a strong emphasis on helping clients give language to what they are feeling, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen their inner voice, even within environments or circumstances that may not immediately change.
Shaneka earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University.
Shaneka practices under the clinical supervision of
Imani S. Hines, LPC, NCC, CPCS, ensuring ongoing support and quality care.
