You Hold The Light Women's Empowerment Group

Women have such a radiant spirit, bringing warmth and strength into every space they enter. Sometimes, in caring for others, they may forget the light they carry within. You Hold the Light (YHTL) Women’s Empowerment Group was created to foster a supportive, therapeutic environment for adult women. It’s a space to release, reclaim control, and cultivate peace, emotional freedom, and authentic self-worth among other women on similar journeys.

By joining the YHTL Women’s Empowerment Group, you’ll be part of a community of women taking steps toward healing by giving and receiving support. While each woman’s voice and experience is unique, group therapy offers insight and validation, reminding us we are not alone in facing challenges. Together, we’ll work on identifying emotions and thought patterns in healthy ways, learning coping skills with mindfulness techniques, building on personal strengths, setting boundaries, and more. The goal is to reconnect each woman with her true self—not the version society expects her to be. Remember, You Hold the Light!

Upcoming Group Details:

• Dates: January 28 - March 18 (Dates are tentative) 
• Format: Virtual (via Zoom)
• Schedule: Tuesday evenings, 6:30 – 8:00 pm
• Registration Requirements: Limited spots are available. To participate, each attendee will complete an initial 45-minute intake/screening appointment.

Fees:

• 30-Minute Intake Fee: $ 75.00
• 8 -Week Group Fee: $600.00 investment (or $75 weekly for 8 weeks)
