You Hold The Light Women's Empowerment Group

Women have such an illuminating spirit and bring so much warmth and strength into each space they enter, but sometimes forget the light that they hold. You Hold the Light  (YHTL) Women’s Empowerment Group was created to provide a safe therapeutic group environment for women. This will be a time to release, learn to take back the control of your life, learn to create peace/emotional freedom, and work to develop a stronger sense of true self worth/compassion.  

By participating in YHTL Women's Empowerment Group you will also learn how to create a safe place along  with other women taking steps in their healing journey, by giving and receiving support. While each women’s voice and experience is unique, group therapy can help you gain more insight while seeing that you are not alone in having life challenges. 

Women participating in this group will learn to identify and experiences emotions in a more healthy way, learn coping skills using mindfulness techniques, uncover and build upon personal strengths, learn boundary setting, and learning how to honor your needs and wants. The ultimate goal is to help each woman to start taking the steps to getting back to their true selves, not the self that the world tries to make you feel you have to be. Remember, You Hold The Light!

This winter group will be starting tentatively, contact me NOW to join the waiting list. The group will be held VIRTUALLY, on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 -8:00 pm once a week. There are LIMITED spaces for this group. To participate and officially register  group there is a 45 min initial intake/screening appointment required. 

45 min Intake Fee: $75.00

8 Week Group Registration fee: $600.00 or it can be made in 8-weekly installment's of $75.00 dollars a week.
