Everything we get asked most, so you can decide with clarity rather than guesswork. Still wondering about something? The free 15-minute consultation is the best place to ask.
A quick note: Exalt The Light is not an emergency service. In crisis or need urgent help? Call or text 988(Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), available 24/7.
Exalt The Light is a fully virtual (tele-mental health) practice on a HIPAA-compliant video platform. You just need a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and reliable internet. Virtual sessions let us connect without being in the same location, with more flexibility in scheduling and the comfort of a space of your choosing.
Your free 15-minute consultation is a chance to speak with the therapist, see whether it is a good fit, ask questions about the therapeutic process, and get the details you need to begin services. There is no cost and no commitment.

Under the No Surprises Act, private-pay and uninsured clients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs. Just ask and we will provide one. Good Faith Estimates do not apply to non-clinical coaching services.
If you are not located in Georgia, we are unable to provide telehealth therapy to you. However, if you are outside Georgia and seeking a speaker, workshop facilitator, or coaching, please reach out by the inquiry forms on our services pages.
Life happens. To avoid a late-cancellation fee, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance and plan to reschedule for a day and time that works best for you.
Therapy is clinical care that can involve diagnosis and treatment of mental-health concerns. Coaching is non-clinical, forward-focused support for growth, momentum, and accountability. Coaching does not replace psychotherapy, and Good Faith Estimates do not apply to it.
