Imani S. Hines, LPC, NCC, CPCS · Founder & Clinical Director

You've likely been the one others rely on, steady, capable, holding a lot together. From the outside you look high-functioning; inside, you may feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from yourself in ways that are hard to name.

Imani specializes in working with high-functioning adults who are ready to move beyond simply managing life and begin understanding the deeper patterns shaping their emotional experiences, relationships, and sense of self.

As a trauma-informed clinician, her work focuses on how developmental and relational trauma may still show up in the present, even in subtle ways, and guiding clients toward healing that feels more grounded, intentional, and lasting.

As the founder of Exalt The Light, Imani leads the clinical vision of the practice and offers a depth-oriented therapeutic experience for those ready to engage in meaningful, transformative work.

This work is especially aligned if…

  • You're used to being the “strong one,” but feel internally overwhelmed
  • You struggle to set boundaries without guilt or second-guessing
  • You feel emotionally exhausted, even while functioning well day to day
  • You notice recurring patterns in relationships and want to shift them
  • You're seeking deeper healing, not just short-term coping

Shaneka T. Hutchinson, M.S. · Master's Level Clinician (Under Supervision)

Shaneka brings a warm, grounded, and compassionate presence to her work, creating space for clients to feel supported as they begin to process what they've been carrying.

She works with individuals navigating stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm, especially those in helping roles such as nursing, caregiving, and other service-based professions. Through her experience in healthcare, she has seen firsthand how much people hold while continuing to show up for others, often without the same support in return.

Her approach is supportive and steady, helping clients slow down, process their experiences, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels manageable and empowering. As someone with Caribbean heritage, Shaneka understands navigating different cultural expectations and identities, and is passionate about creating a space where clients feel seen, accepted, and confident in who they are.

Shaneka also works with adolescents, adults, and families navigating life transitions and everyday stress, placing strong emphasis on helping clients give language to what they feel, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen their inner voice.
