Following the screening, stay for an enriching discussion and mini-workshop led by therapist and owner of Exalt the Light, Imani S. Hines, LPC,NCC, one of the experts featured in the film. Imani will guide a conversation on essential self-care practices specifically for Black women, how to cultivate healthy communities and friendships, and the impact of social media on our well-being.
